Father’s Day is your chance to really show your Pop how much he means to you. One of the favorite Father’s Day pastimes at Wry Baby has been to send a special Father’s Day card that is wholly inappropriate. It’s funny, on message while leaving the reader slightly uncomfortable. It’s a hoot!

The trick is to look for your Father’s Day card in the “sender” section that is as far away from your personal situation as possible. “From Wife” is always a favorite of mine (this is Wry Baby Dave writing, btw), and this year we found a doozy. Check it out.

The cover (pictured) says…

For The Man I Love.

We’ll, I do love my Dad. It gets better…Inside it says (in flowy script)…

The longer we’re together, the more I think about what really matters in life. So many things I once thought were important don’t even make the list. What matters to me now is us – sharing a life, being a family, loving each other. You’re a good man and a wonderful father. You mean the world to me. I love you so much. Happy Father’s Day.

See? Heartfelt and more than a little awkward at the same time! It’s a win-win. Have fun choosing YOUR Father’s Day card!

Finally! Documented proof that Wry Baby has achieved its lofty ambition. And it’s proven by Target, no less. Wry Baby’s newest, funnest holiday greeting card has hit the shelves of your local Target.

You know, looking at our fun Christmas card again (we haven’t seen it in months because we sent it off to our friends at NobleWorks last February), I’m really not sure this IS for “anyone” as Target so boldly claims.

Would you give this Christmas card to your Grandmother? Yes? Can I get your Grandmother’s phone number? The shocked look on my face doesn’t mean the card holds further bawdy sentiment. I was doing it for laughs! Because that’s what we do here. Every day. God help us.

Actually, as suggestive as our new Christmas card is, we suggest you pair this with our famous Baby Care suggestions over at wrybaby.com. Our informative child care tips are helpfully printed on our popular cotton snapsuits. Calming Baby, Lifting Baby, Playing with Baby and, of course, Nursing Baby. All at Wry Baby for just $24 ea. at wrybaby.com

Personally, I love Target. Professionally, I’ve been a bit miffed at Target. Today I’m less miffed/closer to happy with Target as I’ve heard they are picking up Wry Baby brand Christmas cards from Nobleworks (through American Greetings). Our classic Testing Christmas Lights card and the shiny, dirty, new Hanging Mistletoe card will be decking the halls of your local Target store this holiday season. Now if we could just find a way to get them to carry our funny baby clothes instead of the lame knock-offs. Hmph!

The new NobleWorks holiday greeting card catalog just came in to Wry Baby Central and lo and behold Wry Baby owns the inside cover! Hugeness!

What? You didn’t know that in addition to the world’s funnest funny baby clothes, unique shower gifts and cool baby gifts, we found time to make a bunch of greeting gards? Well, we do done did! We teamed up with the weirdos at NobleWorks to do a whole slew of cards for Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduation, Christmas, Halloween (my favorite)…Oh, and of course we made a bunch of cards for baby showers and the like. Can’t forget the core competency!

Okay. So it’s not very “baby-like”. You have to admit it’s pretty childish, though. See more of Wry Baby’s “off” sense of humor on fun baby clothes and unique baby shower gifts at wrybaby.com.
