For those of you who don’t know, we work with a mystic seer named Mysterio who predicts babies’ futures and prints them on little t-shirts. His line is a best-seller for Wry Baby and (many of you who know Mysterio already know this part) we’ve been out of stock for a bit. Mysterio’s very talented, but he’s pretty difficult to work with (he’s also kind of a jerk) and he hasn’t returned our many emails asking him when he’s sending us more shirts.

Well we just heard from him today and there’s lots of good news to report! Mysterio will be back in stock in early December AND he’s replaced 6 of his previous 12 futures with six new shiny ones! The only bad news is that he won’t say what they are. See? Kind of a jerk move, right?

One of my favoritest ever blogs is Lovely Package. It’s a parade of the most beautiful packaging from around the world. Well, Lovely Package featured Mysterio Predicts’ rustic package last week! Mysterio has far been one of my favorite products to create. While the concept is super fun and unique (Mysterio predicts your child’s FUTURE on a t-shirt), my favorite part was making the POP display. It’s a handmade, stained pine crate from a family operation, Poole & Sons in Emmett, Idaho. I love contacting a vendor and telling them I want something really rough and messed up. That the printing should be bad, but legible and if some of the boxes come kind of broken, that’s okay. Any art-types in the crowd can testify that the hardest thing to make is something intentionally bad and  I’m glad Mysterio’s packaging ended up bad enough to make it onto Lovely Package. We’re truly honored!

Another Super Baby has been spotted! Authorities claim the baby, called Tebow, arrived quite spectacularly and single-handedly wrestled a grey blanket into submission. These dramatic action photos were taken by little Tebow’s Mom, Allie, who had this to say, “My baby IS super!” Due to this adorable evidence, we have to agree. Thanks, Alli!
