Good Times! Big thanks to all our readers and here’s to the next 100 posts!

Kelly and I are as busy as busy can be here at Wry Baby, getting our new funny baby clothes and unique baby shower gifts ready for the big New York International Gift Show this August. But that’s not stopping us from taking a break here and there to enjoy the Summer with our boy. Memories of summers past come rushing back as we watch Atticus dream up ways to fill those many hot, humid, lazy hours. Ever the business man, and a chip off the old Wry Baby block by not doing what everyone else does, he set up a Magic Show outside the house. Just 75¢ gets you a complete show. But be prepared to tip handsomely as Atticus purposefully has no change on hand.

Little Ruby Thier and her fun folks, Kathryn & Michael, found that out for themselves over the weekend. Apparently, for all the upsides to having a “super kid”, being super is super exhausting work! Thanks for the photos, Michael! Ruby really IS Super Cute!

Making organic baby clothes is still a difficult thing to do despite the ongoing global warming hoo-ha. We were surprised to find that when we started ramping up production on some new goodies we’re bringing out this Summer. You want to do it. It’s right to do it. Everyone wants it, but sometimes no matter how hard you try to make everyone happy, it misses. We all want organics, but the business of it is still fraught with peril. It’s still very early in the organics game and sadly, the ones on the forefront, the risk takers, are always hit the hardest. While researching possible organic vendors to work with, I came across this online notice that encapsulates the whole story. While sad, it made me chuckle a bit because, as the great Homer Simpson once said, “It’s funny because it’s true.”

Mysterio’s line of funny baby shirts have been spotted in the wild before, but never as preciously as on little Kaleigh Breivis. A big thanks to our pals Adam and Heather for sending us this photo and a big Wry Baby congrats to you, too! I’m sure Kaleigh will be a very fair and partial Dog Show Judge and we’re all looking forward to her future decisions at the Westminster Kennel Club in, say, about 20-30 years. I sometimes wish Mysterio were a little more revealing on the timing of those kinds of details.
