Well, my obsession at least. And the object of my affection is having a birthday today! Happy Birthday Kelly!

I’m no photographer. Most everyone who knows me knows I suck at that. Below should convince the world that not only should I never go near a camera, I should stand way back from the front of cameras in the future.

Everyone gets spam. Duh. Most of it’s naughty and a lot of it’s amusingly confusing and lame. But Wry Baby gets the best blind emails from manufacturers overseas! Oh, the potential products Wry Baby could come out with…it truly boggles the mind. I want to share some of these offerings with you, Fun Reader, to see if you think we should pull the trigger and add these to the Wry Baby line-up of funny baby clothes, unique shower gifts and funny baby shower gifts.

This one is very tempting. While the product is obviously the toppest quality, a closer look at this photo reveals so much more about the company itself. Or at least their Photoshop abilities.

1. The best place to enjoy an oily, heatless fire? Right beside an enormous real fireplace!
2. But what’s this? This fireplace has been bricked over by a clever mason/optical illusionist. Don’t stand too close or you could be sucked into another dimension.
3. Maybe it’s the wine they’re drinking, but I get woozy looking at the perspective tilt on the product on the table. And where’d the stem to the wine glass on the table go! Roofies in the wine! I have toa set doo….zzzzzzz.

All that being said, I really do like 6115. It would be great as a diaper incinerator next to the changing station. Actually, I’d love to mount 20 of these sideways on a wall or lining a hallway in my house with motion sensors hooked up to them. Very Indiana Jones, very exciting. Please let us know if Wry Baby should endeavor to add this quality, but possibly hazardous item to the Wry Baby family of cool baby gifts, won’t you?

He did it! I posted yesterday about my bro-hando, Josh Sopp, traveling back to the future to try to save the Back to the Future clocktower from the Universal fire only to find his flaming arrival was the cause of the blaze. Well, he told me he then went into the future to learn about fireproofing materials and codes in LA County and then went back further into the past to be hired on as the set builder on BTTF I, therefore using future technology to ensure that the set wouldn’t ignite on his first arrival to prevent the fire. A big thanks to Josh for saving the beloved clocktower!!

My brother, Josh Sopp, just called to say that he walked outside his Burbank apartment, smelled smoke and soon found that the courthouse square set from Back to the Future was on fire! Josh told me he tried to go back in time and prevent the fire, but found that his arrival was what actually caused it. Think about that for a while.

Josh is currently outside his apartment breathing as deeply as he can to absorb as much of the set into his being as he can. That, my friends, is how much we love BTTF.
